Don Paysan vs Claudio Castagnoli

On Sunday, April 13th, 2008 CWR Junior Heavyweight Champion, Don Paysan will face one of his toughest challenges to date in Claudio Castagnoli. Paysan has ruled the CWR Junior Heavyweight division ever since CWR’s debut show on January 27thm 2007, where Paysan defeated 5 others in a Rush to the Top Ladder match. Ever since, Paysan has been faced with numerous challenges, but has managed to come through each time. The champ has picked up some impressive wins during his run, most notably against TNA Superstar Petey Williams. Paysan picked up a huge upset on April 28th, 2007 when he defeated the former X-Division champion, and showed to the world that he is here to stay. April 13th, might prove differently however. Claudio Castagnoli has made quite the name for himself, winning titles all over North America, Europe, and Mexico. Castagnoli has been a contender for the ROH World title, almost coming away with the title on a few occasions. He might prove to be Paysan’s kryptonite. In addition to double C’s experience he also has the upper hand in almost every category there is especially size and power. Will Claudio finally be the one to defeat Paysan? Or will the champ have something up his sleeve? We will have to wait until Sunday April 13th, 2008 to find out.
